Service Now Developer - Remote, Washington, DC
Duration: 3 months
Seeking for a highly Service Now Developer to support the development, administration, and enhancement of Service Now solutions within an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Service Now HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Employee Service Center (ESC), and related platform development activities.
- Support the design, development, configuration, and maintenance of Service Now applications and modules.
- Participate in Agile software development activities, including requirements gathering, sprint planning, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and maintain Service Now Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, and workflows.
- Configure and manage Service Now security, roles, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).
- Assist with Service Now HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Employee Service Center (ESC) implementations and enhancements.
- Develop and support REST API integrations between Service Now and external systems.
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and user guides.
