SAP HCM Functional Consultant at MNJ SOFTWARE
, you will participate in design, development and implementation of architectural deliverables of custom projects and products of MNJ SOFTWARE
. The role includes working closely with lead, testers, customers, project/product managers and designers.

Title: SAP HCM Functional Consultant

Experience: 3‑6 years

Job Type: Permanent / Contract [Depends on Project Needs or C2H]

Position Type: Full time [Monday – Friday]. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 9‑hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (6 am - 10 pm IST) or (6 pm to 6 am IST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime (unpaid).

Qualification: ME/M.TECH/BE/B.TECH/MCA/M.Sc(IT) etc.

• 6‑8 years of relevant experience in SAP HCM Module.
• Candidate should have experience on 1 Implementation (desirable) in SAP HCM and multiple Support/Rollout Projects Preferably on a Global Scale in SAP HCM Module.
• Strong understanding of Integration with other modules such as FI/CO/PS/SD.
• Should be well versed with IDOCs for Master data related integration across multiple SAP systems.
• Should possess strong skills in functional Requirement Gathering, Fit‑gap Analysis, Master Data Setup, End User Support and Documentation.

• Be well versed with HR Functional Modules PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), PTM (Personnel Time Management like Configuration of Time Schedules, absences, quota, time rules) and Employee Master Data.
• Experience in CATS/Custom Module for Time Management Preferred.
• Good knowledge in Payroll Integration aspects and Travel Management tools like Concur preferably both India and International.
• Candidate should have an Excellent Communication and Client Facing Skills.

• Must be Analytical and possess good problem‑solving capabilities.
• Independent thinker.
