We are looking for a Senior Training Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is available as a hybrid opportunity 3 days a week in San Jose, CA or as a remote position, reporting to the Director of Training Operations in the Product Management department. You’ll be a key member of our customer, partner, and outreach initiatives and will be responsible for all support tickets and management of multiple LMSs.
Your work provides critical operations support for Technical Management, Business Development, Training, and Curriculum Development functions to drive global growth and certifications.
- Manage and administer learning management systems including user access, course creation, system configuration, and integrations (Skilljar and Cornerstone knowledge a plus).
- Provide technical support to customers and partners, including troubleshooting system‑related problems per team SLA.
- Analyze data and generate reports to track learner progress and course completion rates.
- Develop and maintain documentation and guides to support the operations team in utilizing the LMS effectively.
- Support the team with development operations processes and maintenance for new customers and partners.
- Provide event support both on‑site and remote for major customer events.

- 5+ years of experience as an LMS Administrator with specific experience in Cornerstone LMS.
- United States citizenship is required.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, especially using Salesforce reporting and Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self‑motivated mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adjust to change as new products and processes are introduced.
- Proficiency in administering and configuring a variety of systems including Skilljar and Litmos.
- Proven ability to challenge the status‑quo to bring new ideas and innovation to the team.
- Website coding experience.
Base Pay Range
$108,500—$155,000 USD.
