Responsibilities
Our Platform User Operations (PUO) Team provides instant troubleshooting and consulting services to internal platform users. The role focuses on receiving and resolving user queries, communicating with engineering teams, analyzing and providing solutions, maintaining SOP, writing daily reports, following escalation processes, and ensuring a top‑quality user experience. The team works 7 days a week, with regular 5‑day schedules and rotating weekend shifts.
Shift times are 8 a.m.–5 p.m. DST and 7 a.m.–4 p.m. non‑DST, subject to change based on business needs.
- Respond to user queries quickly and accurately via internal platform and IM chat.
- Identify user needs and troubleshoot technical issues using internal databases, workarounds, and engineering solutions.
- Follow up with users to confirm resolution of reported issues.
- Analyze tickets for process improvement opportunities.
- Assist with training and user feedback projects.
- Collaborate with Engineering on product optimizations (a plus).
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Passion for technical consulting, troubleshooting, and application support with engineering teams.
- Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, SQL, HTTP protocols, and internet technologies.
- Excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking, analytical skills, and ability to work independently amid changing priorities.
- Experience coding in any programming language and constructing complex SQL queries.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with proactive thinking, learning ability, and adaptability.
- Strong initiative and ownership.
- AI Operations experience.
Compensation
:
Hourly rate $25.00.
