- Support Oracle EBS Procurement modules including Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier, Sourcing, and Contracts (CLM)
- Gather and document functional business requirements for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Perform fit-gap analysis and support functional configuration activities
- Develop and execute test scripts; support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles
- Validate supplier, contract, and procurement data
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle EBS Procurement / P2P modules
- Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle processes
- Experience with requirements documentation and functional testing
- Minimum 1‑3 years of Oracle EBS Business Analyst experience
- U.S. Citizenship (clearance eligible)
- Oracle EBS R12 experience (Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier, Sourcing, Contracts/CLM)
- Public sector or regulated environment experience
- Knowledge of SQL for data validation
- ERP implementation or upgrade experience
- Oracle EBS certifications
