Role:Program Manager Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong Insurance domain expertise (Broker, Agency, Intermediary business models) to lead and govern enterprise data initiatives.
This role will be responsible for driving strategic planning, overseeing end-to-end data program execution, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and data platform delivery.
Key Responsibilities Insurance Domain UnderstandingDemonstrate strong knowledge of Insurance Broker, Agency, and Intermediary operations.
Translate business processes, KPIs, and regulatory requirements into structured data program initiatives.
Strategic Planning & GovernanceDefine the data program roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
Establish data governance standards, policies, and compliance controls, including adherence to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR where applicable).
Ensure alignment between architecture standards and program delivery milestones.
Program Execution & CoordinationManage multiple interdependent data projects under a unified program structure.
Oversee the end-to-end data lifecycle — data acquisition, storage, transformation, reporting, and archival.
Ensure timely delivery, scope control, and quality assurance across all initiatives.
Coordinate across data engineering, analytics, business teams, and external vendors.
Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary liaison between executive leadership, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and vendor partners.
Facilitate governance meetings, status reporting, and executive updates.
Drive clarity on scope, priorities, dependencies, and deliverables.
Identify and mitigate risks related to data integrity, compliance, delivery timelines, and budget constraints.
Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and vendor engagement.
Monitor dependencies and proactively resolve escalations.
Performance Monitoring & KPI TrackingDefine and track program-level KPIs to measure delivery performance and business impact.
Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress and outcomes.
Ensure measurable value realization from data initiatives.
