Bayside Solutions is seeking a Bioinformatics Pipeline Engineer who will work between data and analysts in the Translational Medicine group. This role involves developing analytical pipelines and automating scripts for biomarker data extraction from clinical trial samples. You will collaborate with molecular biologists and provide insights to ensure data integrity.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Python, R, and bioinformatics data types. This is a remote role based in California, and experience in cancer genomics analysis tools will be beneficial.
