Financial Project Coordinator (Contract) / 100% Remote
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6-Month Contract (W2, Paid Weekly)
Overview
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Project Coordinator to support project delivery within a fast-paced, enterprise PMO environment.
- This role focuses heavily on managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and reporting, while ensuring projects remain organized, on track, and aligned with business objectives.
- Join a highly visible enterprise execution group supporting program, project, and portfolio management
- Play a critical role in improving financial tracking, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency
- Gain exposure to complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
- Strong project coordination experience within a PMO or enterprise environment
- Proven experience managing project financials (forecasting, accruals, invoicing, reporting)
- Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, reporting, dashboards, data analysis)
- Experience using Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with project managers, finance teams, and stakeholders
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables across cross-functional teams
- Manage and track project financials, including budgets, forecasts, accruals, and invoice coding
- Perform financial analysis and reporting to support project performance and decision-making
- Develop and maintain financial tracking tools, dashboards, and reports using advanced Excel
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders
- Ensure documentation and communication are consistent across the PMO
- Enterprise PMO supporting complex, large-scale initiatives
- Collaborative, data-driven team focused on efficiency and scalability
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tukwila, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
