- Define project requirements, identify interdependencies, and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
- Track program progress, performance, and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Develop internal/external communications and facilitate change management.
- Participate in leadership meetings to address organizational barriers and recommend efficient decision-making.
- Ensure timely delivery of strategic business goals in a high-velocity aerospace environment.
- Experience:
Minimum ~5–6 years (more senior candidates welcome) - Background:
Must have real-world experience delivering construction / infrastructure / logistics solutions - Education:
Bachelor's preferred (especially for Engineer & PM), but flexible for strong candidates
- On-site roles (with some flexibility for off-hours remote work)
- Expect overtime / on-call availability
- Fast-paced, high-demand environment (currently 12–13 hr days common internally)
- Must handle ambiguity and help create structure amid rapid growth
- Highly organized and proactive
- Ability to challenge assumptions and improve processes
- Strong written communication (white papers, memos)
- Data/BI/SQL/AI familiarity is a plus
- Ability to operate in chaotic, fast-moving environment
