The Resolute Professional Billing Principal Trainer (PT) is responsible for developing and maintaining the training environment for end users of the Epic Resolute Professional Billing module. The training environment should closely mirror the production environment, providing sample billing data and scenarios for users to practice workflows. • Develop and maintain the Epic Resolute Professional Billing training environment, ensuring it mirrors the production environment.
• Create sample billing data and scenarios that reflect real-world situations for users to experience during training.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that the training environment is updated and aligned with the production environment.
• Provide training and support to end users, ensuring they understand the workflows and are prepared for the live system.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues in the training environment, working closely with technical staff.

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT training.
• Epic Resolute Professional Billing certification required.
• Experience managing and maintaining Epic training environments.
• Strong understanding of billing workflows and system configuration.

25% onsite travel for training sessions.

Full-time, remote with onsite travel during training sessions.
