Piggly Wiggly Alabama Distributing Company, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team in Bessemer, Alabama. In this role, you will provide essential technical assistance and support for end-users, ensuring hardware, software, printers, and network issues are resolved promptly. You must be available for some nights and weekends as needed.
The ideal candidate has an Associate degree in IT or a related field, with 2–4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft 365 is required. Possession of IT certifications is a plus.
