Drive Time is looking for an IT Support Specialist II to join the Enterprise Service Desk. This remote position will provide daily IT technical support to employees, ensuring that technical difficulties are resolved in a timely manner. Responsibilities include troubleshooting user issues, managing service requests, and collaborating with IT teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of network management and at least 3 years of experience in IT service desks, along with proficiency in Windows, macOS, and various IT tools.
