The requirement is for a Manual Test Engineer

Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience focused on end-to-end software testing activities across the SDLC/STLC lifecycle. The role primarily involves validating application quality through functional and regression testing, preparing and executing test cases, defect tracking, and collaborating with development teams to ensure stable releases.

Mandatory

Skills:

Strong hands‑on experience in Manual Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, JIRA, SDLC/STLC, Test Case Execution, Defect Tracking.

3-5 years of QA/Testing experience. Good understanding of software testing methodologies and defect lifecycle. Ability to independently execute testing cycles and document results. Strong analytical and communication skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments would be an added advantage.

• Perform Manual Testing for applications and software modules.
• Execute Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, UI, and Integration Testing.
• Prepare, review, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios.
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects using JIRA.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC/STLC processes and quality standards.
• Coordinate with developers and stakeholders for issue resolution and release validation.
