Senior Product Manager (Tech) – Fully Remote (US-based)My client is a remote-first Insurtech company that’s quietly redefining the way insurance claims are handled. They’re looking to add a Senior Product Manager focused on Tech and Engineering.
In this position, you’ll lead the strategy, execution, and delivery of tech‑centric products that directly influence business decisions, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes. You’ll operate at the intersection of product, data, engineering, and business—owning the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
What you’ll be responsible for- Developing a deep understanding of customer workflows
- Defining and socializing product vision internally and with external partners
- Translating strategy into clear requirements, user stories, and prototypes
- Owning and prioritizing the product roadmap based on business impact
- Partnering with engineering to deliver high‑quality solutions efficiently
- Leading product launches in collaboration with leadership and go‑to‑market teams
- Ensuring product positioning, pricing, and messaging align with overall strategy
- Acting as a product evangelist and gathering ongoing customer feedback
- Supporting product initiatives across global teams
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on data‑driven products
- Experience in insurance, fintech, or financial services is strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of data architecture, analytics platforms, and data workflows
- Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams in Agile environments
- Experience owning end‑to‑end product life cycles and roadmaps
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, evolving environments
- High ownership and visibility in a growing product organization
