- Own the end-to-end project management of large-scale customer deployments, from kickoff, successful go-live, and beyond
- Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success
- Coordinate cross-functional resources, including engineering, solutions, and product, to deliver on complex customer requirements
- Lead regular status meetings, provide progress updates, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the deployment lifecycle
- Surface customer feedback and deployment insights to inform product and process improvements
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key customer stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience in technical project management, management consulting, engagement management, or a related field in technical SaaS environments
- Experience working with technical products and collaborating closely with engineering teams
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with high visibility and impact
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset
- The cash compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $165,000
- Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications. In addition to cash compensation, all employees receive an equity compensation package
