Data Analyst Agile Delivery & Web Analytics Duration: 7 months contract

Remote Shift: 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm ISTPosition Summary
This role is designed for a highly independent, disciplined Data Analyst who will accelerate the development and optimization of analytics solutions across our Agile delivery ecosystem. Operating in an async-first environment, you will bridge the gap between technical web analytics (Adobe Analytics stack) and enterprise data processing.
This pivotal assignment supports strategic leaders by delivering timely, high-quality data reporting, optimizing processes through Lean/Scrum methodologies, and ensuring robust data layer validation. The ideal candidate brings advanced technical expertise in SQL, tag management, dashboarding, and Agile tracking tools.
Key Responsibilities- Agile Analytics & Delivery Support:
Empower leadership to drive Agile practices and principles. Utilize tools such as Atlassian Analytics, Jira, and Microsoft applications to develop and implement effective reporting models that support strategic, metrics-driven decision-making. - Web Analytics & Tag Management:
Oversee Adobe Analytics report suites, calculated metrics, segments, and data warehouses. Manage Adobe Launch tag workflows, including rule creation, extension management, and JavaScript implementation. - Data Validation & QA:
Perform rigorous tag validation and data layer debugging. Execute SQL queries for precise data pulls, validation checks, and reporting to ensure complete data integrity. - Process Optimization:
Apply Scrum and Lean methodologies to optimize current reporting workflows, resolve pipeline bottlenecks, and provide clear documentation of system behavior.
- 4+ yearsof primary experience focusing on Adobe Analytic sand tag management platforms.
- 3+ yearsof secondary experience utilizing
SQL, Tableau,and automated insights pipelines. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Marketing Analytics, Information Systems). Equivalent hands-on professional experience with Adobe Analytics and SQL will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Adobe Analytics Suite:
Full suite configuration, reporting, and data warehouse management. - Adobe Launch (Tags):
Data collection, rules setup, and publish workflows. - SQL & Database Platforms:
Strong proficiency writing queries for data validation;
Big Queryis the preferred dialect. - Programming:
Intermediate Java Scriptskills for tag management rules and data layer customization. - Agile Frameworks:
Hands-on experience with Jira, Scrum/Lean methodologies, and data-driven reporting pipelines.

- Analytical Problem-Solving:
Sharp critical thinking skills with the ability to diagnose complex tracking or data pipeline issues under tight deadlines.
- Direct experience with Atlassian Analyticsdashboard optimization.
- Familiarity with paid digital marketing channel data structures (Google Ads, Meta, SA360) and marketing pixels implementation.
- Experience maintaining
Tableaudashboards, calculated fields, and data source validation. - Operational familiarity with
AI-assisted insights pipelines(Gemini or equivalent) for anomaly alerting, driver analysis, or QA automation thresholds.
