- Analyze and prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk and impact to the organization.
- Develop and implement remediation strategies to address identified vulnerabilities.
- Monitor security alerts and incidents, providing timely responses and escalations.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security best practices.
- Maintain documentation of vulnerability management processes and findings.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends to enhance vulnerability management efforts.
- Participate in security training and awareness programs for staff and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in vulnerability management or cybersecurity roles.
- Strong knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools and methodologies.
- Proficient in risk assessment and management practices.
- Experience with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.) preferred.
- Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, or CISM are a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
