Position Overview
IT Help Desk Supervisor (Information Technology Supervisor I) – Supports the California Conservation Corps IT user base, including mobile devices, Windows PCs, software platforms, and Active Directory. Acts as supervisor and team lead for IT Associates, carrying out tasks in Client Services, Information Security Engineering, and other domains as needed.
Working ConditionsHybrid schedule. Working location: CCC HQ, 1719 24th Street, Sacramento, CA 95816. Telework allowed; in‑office required up to three days/week, minimum of two days.
Responsibilities- Supervise and lead a team of IT Associates providing help desk support.
- Manage user accounts and group membership in Active Directory/Intra.
- Oversee deployment and management of mobile devices (iPhone, iPad) and Windows laptops/PCs.
- Track and resolve IT trouble tickets, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Coordinate with Client Services and Information Security Engineering domains.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and coaching to staff.
- Maintain documentation of policies and procedures.
- Experience supervising a technical team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Active Directory/Entra.
- Experience managing Windows 11 operating systems.
- Knowledge of IT device management platforms, such as Intune and Meraki MDM.
- Background in service level agreement (SLA) management and ticket escalations.
- Strong communication skills and customer‑service orientation.
- Valid California driver’s license and ability to travel to remote locations as needed.
- Experience leading project teams to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of geographically dispersed environments and remote office support.
- Creative problem‑solving skills.

CompensationSalary: $7,736.00 – $10,366.00 per month.
