Day in the Life:

As a Sr. Workday AMS HCM Consultant, you’ll work on teams to deliver solutions to our clients. Some of the major activities you’ll be involved with include:

  • Leading workshops with clients to gather, understand, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices
  • Building consensus around business processes and design
  • Configuring the Workday application
  • Understanding the broader business context
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the “Skill Squad”
  • What You Bring:
  • 2-3 years of prior HCM consulting experience
  • Experience deploying multiple HCM implementations – Workday HCM preferred
  • Experience configuring the Workday application or similar configuration
  • Current or previous Workday HCM certification including Recruiting, Learning, and Performance Management required
  • A passion for guiding, advising, and delighting clients
  • A keen interest in the Talent and HR space
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20% (travel is infrequent but does happen from time to time)
