Day in the Life:

As a Sr. Workday AMS HCM Consultant, you’ll work on teams to deliver solutions to our clients. Some of the major activities you’ll be involved with include:

Leading workshops with clients to gather, understand, analyze, and document business requirements

Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices

Building consensus around business processes and design

Configuring the Workday application

Understanding the broader business context

Building strong, trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the “Skill Squad”

What You Bring:

2-3 years of prior HCM consulting experience

Experience deploying multiple HCM implementations – Workday HCM preferred

Experience configuring the Workday application or similar configuration

Current or previous Workday HCM certification including Recruiting, Learning, and Performance Management required

A passion for guiding, advising, and delighting clients

A keen interest in the Talent and HR space

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Organizational skills

Oral and written communication skills

Ability to travel up to 20% (travel is infrequent but does happen from time to time)
