Granite State Credit Union is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Core Systems Administrator to join our dynamic Information Technology Team. Guided by our core values—Commitment, Integrity, Passion, Respect, and Innovation—you will play a vital role in building technology solutions that empower our front-line staff and exceed the expectations of our growing  this role, you will lead the administration, maintenance, and operational integrity of our Fiserv DNA core processing platform and associated systems.

You will ensure the reliability, security, and peak performance of our core environment while driving strategic initiatives, supporting business operations, and maintaining regulatory compliance. This position requires deep technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative approach to working with internal departments and external vendors.

The opening we have:

Core Systems Administrator Salary Range:$90,000 - $110,000 (depending on experience)
The work you will participate in includes:

Administer and maintain the Fiserv DNA core banking system, including configuration, parameter management, user access, and system monitoring.

Oversee system updates, releases, patches, and enhancements, ensuring proper testing, documentation, and implementation.

Provide technical support for DNA-related issues, serving as the primary escalation point for internal stakeholders.

Manage and support interfaces and ancillary systems connected to DNA, including digital banking, EFT/ATM networks, document imaging, loan origination, deposit origination, and reporting platforms.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, workflows, and administrative activities.

Maintain system security controls, user permissions, and audit trails in accordance with policies and regulatory standards.

Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, queries, and data extracts using DNA Publisher (CRM/BI), SQL, and related tools.

Coordinate with Fiserv and third-party vendors to resolve system incidents, integration issues, and service requests.

Communicate problems and recommend resolutions to management to improve ongoing services delivery.

Collaborate with others to utilize current technology to improve business processes and support new business endeavors.

Participate in technology projects involving the core system or integrated applications, including gathering, testing, documenting and implementation.

Participate in on call rotations.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications Include:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience administering the Fiserv DNA core banking system.

Proficiency with DNA administrative tools such as DNA Admin, Client
360, DNA Extranet and the DNA App Store.

Strong understanding of banking operations, including deposits, loans, general ledger, payments, and digital channels.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Efficient time management and organizational skills.

Flexibility (able to adapt to a changing environment).Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience with SQL and Oracle databases.

Experience with Automic or similar automation software.

Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and coordinate resolutions with vendors.

Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a credit union or similar financial institution.

Familiarity with Fiserv ancillary products such as Core API, Instant Open, Prologue, and Wire Xchange.

Experience with scripting, automation, or API integrations.
