Workday Functional Consultant _ Paid Remote

Consultant on the team, you will be responsible for:

• Involved in design, solutioning, and configuration of Workday HCM modules
• Driving end-to-end implementation activities including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment
• Conducting and facilitating client meetings to guide decision‑making and drive project milestones
• Providing subject matter expertise on Workday HCM best practices, enhancements, and optimization opportunities
• Mentoring junior team members and overseeing the quality of Workday deliverables
• Serving as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building strong relationships based on credibility and technical acumen
