- Act as a servant leader and Agile coach for several Scrum teams working in a SAFe environment
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and refine team backlogs, ensuring alignment with program priorities
- Promote continuous improvement and support the development of high-performing teams
- Ensure adherence to Agile and SAFe principles, enabling the teams to deliver high quality incremental value
- Track and report key team performance metrics and support the teams in meeting their PI objectives
- Assist with PI Planning and contribute to alignment across the Agile Release Train
- Work closely with other Scrum Masters and RTEs to resolve cross-team dependencies
- Educate and mentor team members, stakeholders, and leaders on Agile and SAFe practices
- Encourage innovation, experimentation, and a fail fast approach to building MVPs
- Contribute to creating a strong leadership culture within the Connectivity area
- Have 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, including at least 1 year in a SAFe environment
- Have solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and SAFe principles
- Have strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
- Can manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in cross-functional environments
- Have experience working with test frameworks or test automation
- Are fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Power
BI or similar tools - Familiar with Lean principles and continuous delivery pipelines
- Experience in Bluetooth, wireless communication, smartphone ecosystems, hearing instruments, or embedded devices
- Hold a degree in computer science or a related field
