• Act as a servant leader and Agile coach for several Scrum teams working in a SAFe environment
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and refine team backlogs, ensuring alignment with program priorities
• Promote continuous improvement and support the development of high-performing teams
• Ensure adherence to Agile and SAFe principles, enabling the teams to deliver high quality incremental value
• Track and report key team performance metrics and support the teams in meeting their PI objectives
• Assist with PI Planning and contribute to alignment across the Agile Release Train
• Work closely with other Scrum Masters and RTEs to resolve cross-team dependencies
• Educate and mentor team members, stakeholders, and leaders on Agile and SAFe practices
• Encourage innovation, experimentation, and a fail fast approach to building MVPs
• Contribute to creating a strong leadership culture within the Connectivity area

• Have 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, including at least 1 year in a SAFe environment
• Have solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and SAFe principles
• Have strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
• Can manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in cross-functional environments
• Have experience working with test frameworks or test automation
• Are fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Power
  
  BI or similar tools
• Familiar with Lean principles and continuous delivery pipelines
• Experience in Bluetooth, wireless communication, smartphone ecosystems, hearing instruments, or embedded devices
• Hold a degree in computer science or a related field
