Payroll Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) Systems Consultant
As a payroll Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) systems consultant in our Human Resources (HR) and Legal Systems organization, you’ll focus on M&A for corporate Human Resources. You’ll support M&A integration initiatives and ensure team preparedness for future acquisitions. Partnering with business systems consultants across the organization, you’ll analyze existing processes and incorporate insights from prior acquisitions. Additionally, you’ll support the implementation of the Workday Payroll module, developing detailed documentation and ensuring effective execution.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to Cleveland for meetings and/or training.
Must-Have Qualifications- A minimum of eight years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements).
- OR Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements).
- Expertise in the Workday Payroll module, with recent configuration or integration experience beyond end user access.
- Experience with M&A HR systems, including integration and implementation efforts.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sponsors, business partners, and M&A teams, including defining challenges, developing approaches, and contributing to M&A HR systems strategy.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives, and drive items to resolution.
- A proactive and self‑motivated approach to work, demonstrating initiative in driving efforts forward.
- $81,400 - $131,200/year depending on position level and experience
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
