TEKsystems has an exciting opportunity with an established technology start up client to join the team as their Performance Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate has a passion for managing complex, multi-platform campaigns and wants to bring their expertise to a hypergrowth organization to help customers save money and enjoy life more!

The Performance Marketing Manager will develop and execute PAID advertising campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and especially Programmatic channels. This individual will own the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization efforts across Google Ads, MSFT Advertising, Meta, Tik Tok, Reddit, Linked In, and display networks. The role's key KPI's will focus on customer acquisition, lead quality and ROI.

In addition to these core functions, this individual will joining a team that keeps pace within the AI landscape to manage platform algorithm updates, test AI powered bidding/automation tools, and build structured testing frameworks to achieve performance gains. Use of AI tools like Claude to analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and speed up reporting are the bare minimum. You'll spend time querying and analyzing Google Ads performance directly through their internal AI workflows.

This is an opportunity to shape paid media capabilities with AI at this organization.

REQUIRED Skills

+ 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns, ideally in B2C, fintech, or high-volume lead generation in an agency or brand setting.

+ Solid working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads, and display/programmatic networks.

+

Experience with AI and automation features within ad platforms (Performance Max, Smart Bidding, Advantage+, etc.), plus hands-on comfort using AI assistants like Claude to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and work more efficiently.

+ Proven experience managing six figure budgets

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
