Overview
The Enterprise Architect for Service Now and Nuvolo will play a key role in designing and implementing architectural solutions that leverage Service Now and Nuvolo platforms to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. This remote position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of enterprise architecture and cloud-based solutions.
This position is contingent upon award within a standard 30 day turnaround.
Responsibilities- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Service Now and Nuvolo solutions in alignment with organizational goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into an efficient architecture that meets business needs
- Evaluate and integrate existing systems with Service Now and Nuvolo applications, ensuring interoperability and optimal performance
- Provide technical leadership and best practices for development, implementation, and maintenance of Service Now and Nuvolo solutions
- Develop architecture diagrams, documentation, and roadmaps to communicate the architecture vision and implementation plans
- Monitor and assess emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement in service delivery
- Ensure compliance with security and governance policies in the architectural design and application deployment
This is a remote position, providing flexibility in work environment while engaging in collaborative projects.
Requirements- Ability to obtain a Public Trust
- Candidates must be U.S. citizens or hold a Green Card
- 7+ years of Service Now architecture and configuration experience
- Direct experience supporting Nuvolo Clinical EAM on Service Now
- Strong understanding of CMMS
, clinical asset lifecycle, and work order management in hospitals - Experience supporting HTM (Healthcare Technology Management), Biomedical Engineering, or Facilities operations
- Experience with business rules, UI actions, scripts, workflows, and role/group administration
- Experience in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) environments including upgrades and incident response
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced federal healthcare IT environment
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Healthcare IT, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
- Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) strongly preferred
- Nuvolo training
- ITIL Foundation or higher
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile certification
- PMP (nice to have)
