Ciklum is seeking a Support Engineer to provide frontline technical support in Poland. You'll resolve issues for suppliers using the Client's CRM platform and support them through data entry and content submission workflows.
Your role includes answering customer inquiries, maintaining product knowledge, and troubleshooting technical problems. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment.
