Turing is looking for candidates with strong experience in real estate brokerage, deal negotiation, and transaction management, particularly at the level expected for licensed brokers overseeing property sales or managing agents.

• In this role, you will work on projects to help evaluate and improve AI using your industry knowledge and communication expertise.
• No prior AI experience is required.
• These projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to advance your field, enhance client communication, and streamline brokerage operations.

• Design and solve real-world real estate and negotiation scenarios to test AI reasoning.
• Write clear, structured solutions covering valuation, client consultations, and closing processes.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, professionalism, and compliance.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to refine model understanding of market trends and buyer-seller dynamics.

• 3+ years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent, or Brokerage Associate.
• Experience in U.S. real estate markets preferred.
• Excellent English communication and reasoning skills.

• Strong compensation (exact amount varies by project).
• Work in a fully remote environment.
• Engagement type:
  Contractor assignment/freelancer, potentially full-time.
• Duration of projects: approximately 1 month (with possibility for extension).

• Confidential or proprietary information from any employer, university, etc.
• Trade secrets or internal company or university data.
• Specific client information or case details.
• Any information that would violate NDAs, employment agreements or other confidentiality obligations.

Note:
As part of assessments you will go through an AI video interview.
