Service Now Platform Administrator/Architect
Location:
Remote at Washington, DC
Duration: 3 months
Seeking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Service Now platform administration and architecture. This role requires expertise in various Service Now modules and integrations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and configure core Service Now modules, including ITSM and SPM.
- Support and maintain platform updates, releases, patches, and upgrades.
- Monitor platform performance and ensure instance health.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support enhancements.
- Provide architectural guidance for platform design and integration strategy.
- Utilize AI capabilities to improve productivity and solution quality.
- Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience with Service Now platform administration.
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Service Now development concepts.
- Experience with REST API integrations and data management.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of SDLC practices and Agile methodologies.
- ITIL certification.
- Experience with ITOM, Sec Ops, and CSM modules.
- Familiarity with AI tools like Git Hub Copilot and Playwright.
- Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) and regression testing.
