Your role
As a Service Now Administrator, you will work at the core of platform operations, ensuring secure, stable, and scalable Service Now environments for global organizations. You will take responsibility for maintaining platform performance, implementing enhancements, supporting upgrades, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver improvements that keep enterprise workflows running smoothly.
Your project
At Capgemini Poland's Application Business Line (ABL), you will join one of the strongest Low‑Code Hubs in Poland, where over 400+ professionals work with platforms such as Mendix, Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, Pega, SAP, and Service Now. You'll contribute to international projects that accelerate application delivery, optimize business processes, and integrate systems seamlessly.

Your tasks
* You will administer and maintain Service Now instances, ensuring platform stability, availability, and performance.
* You will configure, customize, and extend platform capabilities to support business needs.
* You will handle operational support processes, diagnose issues, and resolve them within defined SLAs.
* You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver meaningful platform improvements.
* You will plan and execute platform upgrades and maintain version alignment across environments.
* You will prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and configuration standards.
Your profile
* You have at least 3 years of hands‑on experience working with the Service Now platform.
* You hold the Service Now System Administrator certification.
* You understand ITSM, CMDB, and at least two additional Service Now modules.
* You are familiar with databases, web services, and integration standards (REST, SOAP, SSO, SAML).
* You approach problems analytically and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
* You communicate confidently in English (C1) and can work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
* Experience with HRSD, CSM, or App Engine / Creator Workflows.
* ITIL knowledge or process-related certifications.

Your development path
In this role, you will deepen your knowledge of Service Now architecture, administration, and platform governance.
