We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining executive dashboards and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in transforming complex business data into meaningful visual insights, enabling senior leadership to make informed strategic decisions. The role requires strong analytical skills, data modeling expertise, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across business functions.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for executive and leadership teams.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
• Create executive-level KPI scorecards, performance dashboards, and management reports.
• Develop and optimize data models, relationships, measures, and calculated columns using DAX.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using Power Query and other data integration tools.
• Connect Power BI to multiple data sources including SQL databases, ERP systems, cloud platforms, and APIs.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting solutions.
• Monitor report performance and implement optimization techniques to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and leadership teams to deliver actionable insights.
• Implement row-level security (RLS) and maintain data security standards.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing dashboards and reports.
• Document technical specifications, data models, and reporting processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Power BI development.
• Expertise in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience creating executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and business performance metrics.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Experience with report optimization and performance tuning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and understand business objectives.

• Experience with Azure Data Services, Azure Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Knowledge of SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
• Power BI Certification (PL-300) is a plus.
• Experience in finance, sales, operations, or executive reporting environments.
