The Customer Service Reliability team plays an important role in helping ensure those connections remain dependable and consistent.
As a Data Analyst on Spectrum's Customer Service Reliability team, you'll transform complex data into meaningful insights that uncover trends, inform priorities, and support improvements in service performance. Your work will help drive smarter decisions and contribute to a more reliable experience for every home we connect.
This position is in an office environment with a hybrid work schedule. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.
How You'll Make an Impact- Conduct data analysis to support a variety of analytic solutions that inform key business decisions
- Capture, develop and document data definitions, business rules and requirements for data quality
- Integrate data from multiple sources to deliver requested or required data elements
- Create and produce forecasts, reports, dashboards and ad hoc requests for management
- Interpret data and analyze results to provide insights on operational impact, trends and opportunities
- Develop reports and deliverables for management and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Identify and define improvements for data quality and ensure compliance through audits and analysis
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
Experience
- 2+ years of data analysis and reporting or related experience
Skills
- Prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Analyze and interpret data to identify business problems and opportunities
- Communicate clearly in both oral and written formats with management
- Prepare and present data-driven presentations
- Proficiency with software applications such as Word and Excel
- Demonstrated knowledge of SQL
