Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support enterprise IT initiatives within the Cloud Architecture and Resiliency team. The role will lead planning and execution across AWS-focused proof of concepts that improve scalability, resilience, and service quality. The Senior Project Manager will coordinate dependencies with program management, development leads, and architecture, facilitate ceremonies and reporting, and proactively manage risks and change to deliver outcomes with minimal customer impact.

Rate: $70.00 to $80.00/hr. w2

• Develop project plans, drive milestones, and monitor project health.
• Align tasks and dependencies with program management, development leads, and architecture.
• Schedule and run meetings including planning, scaling projections, standups, and ticket reviews.
• Establish effective communication plans with project teams and stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day direction to project resources.
• Ensure effective change management throughout projects.
• Oversee documentation compliance and prepare executive-ready reports, presentations, and budgets.
• Proactively advance projects and raise risks upon identification.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strength in project planning, judgment, decision-making, and analysis.
• 7+ years of experience leading enterprise IT or SDLC projects, ideally with cloud architecture exposure.
• Proficiency with AWS, Visio, Excel, Word, Jira, PowerPoint, and creating Gantt charts and timelines.
• Nice to have: video streaming or large enterprise SDLC experience, training or leadership experience, or prior cloud architecture or engineering background.
