As a Growth Marketing Manager, Conversion & Experimentation at Greenlight Financial Technology, you will develop and lead the full‑funnel CRO roadmap tied to registration and purchase goals. You will design and execute A/B and multivariate tests across marketing pages, signup flows, and upsell experiences. Additionally, you will own onsite product merchandising and Mar Tech enablement to boost conversion performance and tracking accuracy.
