As our Web Designer & Technology Implementer, you will play a pivotal role in both the design and technological development of our website and online platforms. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user‑friendly designs while also integrating and implementing key technological tools that improve both our customer‑facing services and internal workflows. This is an intern position with opportunities for a permanent position to provide growth and development in a dynamic and forward‑thinking hospitality environment.

• Web Design
  • Develop and maintain a visually compelling, responsive website that aligns with our brand's aesthetic and business goals.
  • Create intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces that provide seamless experiences for both desktop and mobile users.
  • Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure the website accurately reflects promotional material and brand identity.
  • Regularly update content, design elements, and features to keep the site current, functional, and engaging.
• Technology Implementation
  • Integrate third‑party software and digital tools (e.g., booking engines, CRM systems, POS systems) into the website and other customer‑facing platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify technology needs and deliver practical, scalable solutions.
  • Implement website features like booking forms, chatbots, online reservations, and payment gateways.
  • Ensure smooth technical operations of all web‑based systems, troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
• UX/UI & Testing
  • Conduct user research and analysis to continuously improve website usability and design functionality.
  • Test website performance across various devices and browsers, ensuring fast load times, security, and mobile compatibility.
  • Implement data‑driven design improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
• Collaboration
  • Work with cross‑functional teams including marketing, IT, and operations to ensure technology and design are aligned with business goals.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about progress and challenges, presenting technical and design decisions in clear terms.

• Proven experience as a web designer, front‑end developer, or in a similar role, ideally in the hospitality or service industries.
• Strong proficiency in web design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) and front‑end development technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
• Experience with CMS platforms like Word Press, Drupal, or Squarespace, and e‑commerce solutions (e.g., Shopify, Woo Commerce).
• Familiarity with web technologies and frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience integrating third‑party tools and APIs into websites (booking systems, CRMs, payment gateways).
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design best practices.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical teams.

• Experience with SEO best practices and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
• Experience with automation tools and AI integrations (chatbots, email marketing).
• Knowledge of security best practices for website and data protection.
