6AM City, LLC is looking for a Helpdesk Support Technician to provide IT services and be the central point of contact for logging and tracking hardware, network, and application problems. You will work with customers globally, assisting them with problem resolution and providing first level support.
Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, customer service experience, and be flexible with their work schedules. The position offers a schedule from Monday to Friday, allowing for some work-from-home days after training.
