- Act as an internal advocate for business customers, building strong relationships that drive growth for Verizon while representing the customers’ needs to internal teams.
- Drive online tool enablement and adoption, proactively developing strategies and solutions for complex challenges based on account analysis.
- Maintain up-to-date client account profiles and oversight of contract deliverables.
- Implement and track multiple projects for assigned accounts.
- Work closely with key partners to maintain a continuous flow of information specific to project status, and to identify potential issues and/or opportunities.
- Employ Life Cycle Management techniques to improve performance in strategic priorities including churn, customer relationship, and digital contact.
- Collaborate with field partners to find opportunities for increased penetration and to improve life cycle management indicators.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with at least one year of relevant experience. Military experience is considered equivalent.
- Customer service experience supporting business and government accounts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong internal partnerships with sales, IT, and Finance.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to develop and nurture business relationships.
- Ownership mindset and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets pivot tables, basic formulas, and reporting.
- Comfort using webcam to communicate with customers.
- Experience using Work Flow Manager (WFM).
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Account Management experience.
- Excellent time‑management skills.
- Completed Bachelor’s degree.
This is a hybrid role located in Alpharetta, Georgia, Cary, North Carolina, and Irving, Texas. It includes work from home and assigned office days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
