We are seeking a technically proficient Revenue Operations Manager to support and scale the operational infrastructure of our Marketplace business unit. Reporting to the AVP of Rev Ops, this role is responsible for the day-to-day operational health of the Marketplace business, ensuring our data, sales processes, and forecasting tools run smoothly for our Supply and Demand teams.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundational understanding of the exchange business and a passion for executing scalable, data-driven systems.
Core Responsibilities:- Data Hygiene:
Maintain the data integrity of our marketplace partner records. Implement and uphold governance protocols to ensure SSP and DSP data is accurately mapped within our CRM, eliminating fragmentation and providing a clean "Golden Record" for all exchange partnerships. - Marketplace Systems Support:
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for the Marketplace business unit. Support the AVP in the refinement of our Salesforce instance, ensuring marketplace-specific objects, data flows, and automated approval workflows are technically sound and aligned with global standards. - KPI Tracking & Dashboards:
Build and maintain the real-time dashboards and reports required to track marketplace health, including partner win rates, bid density, and churn predictors. Ensure Supply BDs, AMs, and Demand teams have actionable data at their fingertips. - Forecasting Support & Maintenance:
Manage the technical framework of our bottoms‑up forecasting model for the marketplace. Ensure the system accurately captures pipeline health and historical trends, providing the AVP with the data needed for reliable planning. - Annual Planning Support:
Support the AVP through the annual planning cycle for the marketplace business, including modeling, data analysis, and the system updates required to operationalize partner‑level targets and account coverage models. - Team Efficiency & Workflow Optimization:
Audit current workflows for our Supply and Demand teams to identify "Admin Tax" friction points. Implement streamlined processes and Salesforce enhancements that reclaim productive time for our market‑facing teams.
- Experience:
4-7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, ideally with exposure to programmatic or marketplace advertising. - Programmatic Advertising Knowledge:
Foundational understanding of how an exchange business works, including SSPs, DSPs, and auction dynamics. Prior operational experience in programmatic or marketplace advertising strongly preferred. - Salesforce Proficiency:
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (or comparable CRM), including basic admin capabilities and a clear understanding of how to manage data relationships and workflows in a complex environment. - Analytical
Skills:
Expert-level Excel and Google Sheets, comfortable manipulating large datasets and building functional models to track partner performance. - Communication & Cross-Functional Partnership:
Comfortable working across teams to troubleshoot system issues, drive process adoption, and translate technical requirements into language each team can act on. - Execution Under Pressure:
Ability to manage multiple work streams in parallel while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail, especially during planning cycles and quarter‑end.
AI-Enabled Productivity (Preferred):
Experience using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) to automate routine Rev Ops tasks, data cleansing, or reporting.
