NOVA is seeking a
** Data Facilities Operator
** to operate and maintain enterprise cloud infrastructure and data platform services supporting ITA AI and analytics environments. This position is contingent upon contract award.
** Responsibilities:
*** Manage cloud platform operations and monitoring
* Maintain APIs and enterprise data platform services
* Support security, governance, availability, and reliability requirements
* Manage storage, compute, networking, and identity services
* Support onboarding and sustainment of AI/data products
* Provide operational support for cloud-hosted analytics platforms
*
* Qualifications:

*** Experience supporting enterprise cloud infrastructure, data operations, monitoring, and platform sustainment.
* ** Years of

Experience:

** 5–8 Years
* ** Education Level:
** Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
* ** Clearance Requirements:
** U.S. Citizenship required;
Public Trust / NACI minimum
* ** Certification Requirements:
** Azure Administrator Associate preferred
* ** Any other work-related qualifications needed for the role:
** Experience with Azure networking, storage, monitoring, security controls, APIs, Power BI, and operational support processes.### Work Location Remote work is preferred, with occasional on‐site support in Washington, DC, as required.
