All-Source Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for an All-Source Intelligence Analyst at Oktobor Animation in Arlington, VA who is very skilled at analyzing data to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and combining intelligence data from a variety of sources to create useful information that supports national‑security objectives and the organization’s goals. Excellent critical thinking, communication, and research skills, along with a strong grasp of intelligence methods and current global events, are essential.

• Obtain intelligence data from HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, OSINT, and other sources, then analyze and integrate it.
• Interpret complex data to identify patterns, threats, and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver detailed intelligence reports, briefings, and presentations to senior leaders.
• Collaborate with other agencies to share information and support joint operations.
• Adhere to security protocols when maintaining and updating intelligence databases and systems.
• Monitor and evaluate changes in the political landscape, military movements, cyber threats, and terrorist activity.
• Enhance analytical tools and methodologies to improve intelligence products.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in intelligence studies, international relations, political science, security studies, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Two to four years of experience in all‑source intelligence analysis.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Proficiency with analytical tools and intelligence databases such as Palantir, Analyst Notebook, and DCGS.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of current global security issues and the intelligence cycle.

$42 to $60 (depending on experience, education, and security clearance level)
