The Target Pay Range for this position is $‑$ annually. The full Pay Range is $82,900.00 – $ annually. Compensation decisions are based on relevant job‑related skills, experience, and education or training. Incentives are available and performance‑based.

If you're located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we request that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. As a Sr. Data Analyst focused on Debit Analytics, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming how BECU understands, measures, and enhances the member experience through debit products. You’ll take ownership of a critical analytics function, help shape the future of debit reporting, uncover meaningful insights, and influence strategic business decisions.
What You’ll Do- Lead end‑to‑end data analysis projects supporting divisional priorities and enterprise initiatives.
- Identify opportunities through data, using advanced analytical techniques, industry research, and business knowledge.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and enhanced member experiences.
- Build and modernize reporting capabilities, redesigning the debit analytics ecosystem for scalable, actionable insights.
- Transform complex data into meaningful business intelligence supporting product innovation and strategic planning.
- Design executive‑level dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations with visualizations and presentations.
- Guide A/B testing efforts, experimental design, and result interpretation.
- Refine KPIs, reporting methodologies, and performance measurement practices.
- Create reusable transformation logic and scalable datasets using Snowflake, advanced SQL, and modern cloud technologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, optimize data workflows, and advocate for enhancements.
- Mentor and develop fellow analysts and contribute to the analytics community.
- Define documentation standards, promote reproducibility, and drive consistency across projects.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to cross‑functional teams and leadership.
