Senior Solutions Engineer – Logitech
Logitech is seeking a senior technical leader who will partner with sales, customers, and cross‑functional teams to design and deliver advanced video collaboration and workspace solutions.
LocationThis position is remote, based from a home office within the Southeast region. Candidates must be located in or near the Atlanta, Tampa, or DC metropolitan area to support customer access and major travel corridors.
Key Responsibilities- Lead enterprise engagements from discovery to technical win, guiding solution design, PoCs, and decision support.
- Manage customer conversations across IT, security, AV, procurement, and end‑user stakeholders, translating requirements into practical technical plans.
- Drive competitive technical conversations, differentiating Logitech in high‑value opportunities and addressing objections with credibility.
- Plan, execute, and debrief PoCs and evaluations with clear success criteria, risks, and next steps.
- Advise customers on integration, performance, security, scalability, and manageability; provide deployment guidance on certificates, proxies, VLANs, firewall rules, device management, and log analysis.
- Engage IT leadership and executive stakeholders in strategic customer situations; represent Logitech in high‑visibility meetings.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, support, and customer experience to resolve issues, align technical recommendations, and maintain deal momentum.
- Mentor junior Solutions Engineers, share field insights, and contribute best practices to the organization.
- Relevant
Experience:
Strong background in solutions engineering, pre‑sales, enterprise IT consulting, or AV solution design; proven success with Fortune
500 or complex IT environments; ability to lead engagements from discovery through decision. - Technical Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of video collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, Meet, Webex); advanced understanding of enterprise networking (firewalls, VPNs, QoS, VLANs, cloud security); deep AV system architecture knowledge; familiarity with device management, cloud infrastructure, and API integrations.
- Communication & Executive Engagement: Executive presence, strong verbal and written communication, ability to influence business decisions, disciplined follow‑up, and clear coordination across teams.
- Cross-Functional Impact: Proven ability to translate customer challenges into product recommendations, work with product, marketing, and engineering, and turn field experience into reusable guidance.
Requires up to 50% travel for customer meetings, internal planning, and strategic field engagement. Frequent in‑region customer visits expected.
CompensationOTE (base+variable bonus) typically between $140K and $272K, dependent on location and experience.
