Data Engineer II – Cogito Tools Administrator – Remote

This position is responsible for management and administrative support for the Epic Cogito suite of reporting tools. Coordinates and oversees analytics processes, provisioning standards, reporting system updates, and build across all Epic applications. Responsible for the maintenance of Cogito related system settings, reporting security management, and troubleshooting technical system functionality.

• Management of Cogito suite of reporting tools
• Cogito Security management
• Maintenance of Cogito related system-wide settings
• Coordinate analytics processes/build across all Epic applications
• Oversight of Cogito Tools build and provisioning standards
• Coordinate, audit, troubleshoot technical system functionality, including reporting queues
• Represent Cogito in Epic governance groups
• Coordinate & manage Cogito related projects, including Epic releases

Position is 100% remote and is open to candidates residing in:

• Within 65 miles of Lubbock, Levelland or Plainview, Texas
• Within 65 miles of Hobbs, New Mexico

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or closely related education, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3 years related Epic application build experience

• Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or closely related education, or equivalent education/experience
• 5 years data development experience
• Epic Certifications including:
  • Cogito Fundamentals Cog
    170v – preferred
  • Cogito Tools Administrator Cog
    200v – preferred
  • Cogito Project Manager Cog
    300v – preferred
