Description Pay or shift range
Pay or shift range: $25 USD to $33 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Campaign Coordination & Execution- Support the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Help manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure campaigns launch on schedule
- Assistin organizing briefs, assets, and campaign details across teams
- Support quality checks (links, tracking, creative, copy) before campaigns go live
- Coordinate with Creative and Copy teams to gather assets and ensure alignment
- Helpmaintainthe campaign calendar and ensure deadlines are met
- Support A/B testing and basic reporting
- Coordinate with CRM agency on execution and timelines
- Support the execution of paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, Tik Tok)
- Assist with organizing creative briefs and asset delivery
- Helpmonitorcampaign performance and flag any issues
- Support campaign setup QA (links, UTMs, naming conventions)
- Coordinate with external agencies to ensure smooth execution
- Support coordination with SEO and Affiliate partners/agencies
- Assist with content briefs and ensure assets are delivered on time
- Help track deliverables and timelines
- Support basic reporting and performance tracking
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Internship or academic experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or analytics is a plus
- Basic familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, Google Analytics, ad platforms) is a plus
- Comfortable working with data and learning new tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong senseof ownership and accountability for tasks
The work environment is indoors in a professional office environment. The floor surfaces are carpeted in office areas and conference rooms with vinyl floor covering typical in hallways, breakroomsand computer rooms.
Work HoursThe work schedule is 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. Initial start time may vary, with work hours typically from 8am-5pm. Work hours and shifts are subject to change depending on operating business conditions and needs. The positionresidesin Orange County but is hybrid with 2 days being remote work.
Physical and Mental DemandsSedentary, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, or negligible amounts of force frequently, to move objects. This job also requires constant sitting. Constant use of the upper extremities isrequiredto reach, handle, and position tools and equipment. The employee must know and follow proper safety protocols andmaintaina professional and polished appearance.
