Remote: Senior Product Manager – Vertical SaaS

Pool and landscape designers spend 2-3 days manually estimating project costs after completing a design. They’re working from spreadsheets, tribal knowledge, and gut feel, on top of software they already paid for that contains every measurement, material, and specification they need.

We’re ending that.

Structure Studios builds the industry-standard 3D design software. We have proprietary data no one else has. We’ve built the engine that turns a completed 3D design into a full cost estimate in under 7 minutes. The MVP is 80% complete.

Now we need the person who gets it the rest of the way, into customers’ hands, and starts building what comes next.

This is not a launch coordinator role. It’s not a backlog manager. And it’s not a title for someone who will be handed a finished product and told to write a press release.

The MVP is structurally sound. What it needs is a PM who will spend time with real customers, lead us through initial rollout with hand-selected accounts, and then take ownership of feature prioritization and future roadmap planning as we scale.

You will sit at the intersection of customer insight, engineering direction, and product quality. This is a high-collaboration role. You’ll work closely with the CEO and have real influence over what gets built and when. Decisions will be customer-informed and you’ll be the one driving that evidence.

• Deeply understand the product and the user flow
• Interview customers currently doing this manually to surface friction, objections, and workflow reality
• Work with engineering to finalize and ship the MVP

• Roll out to selected accounts with hands-on onboarding
• Lead structured feedback cycles
• Prioritize what gets fixed, what gets deferred, and what changes the roadmap

• Design and refine in-product onboarding flows that get new users to value quickly
• Own roadmap prioritization as the customer base grows
• Collaborate with marketing on product positioning, though you own the product experience, not the campaigns
• Lead discovery and planning for major new modules already on the horizon — this product has a significant roadmap ahead of it, not a maintenance queue

First mover in our industry. Workflow automation like this exists in other industries. Nobody has brought it to ours, because nobody else has the data to make it work.

Captive customer base. We’re not finding new customers cold. We’re solving an expensive problem for people who already trust us.

Proven company. Structure Studios has been profitable for years and keeps its people. Our average developer has been here over 9 years. We don’t do hype cycles.

Validated demand. We know our customers. We’ve talked to them. This is a genuine pain point they will pay to eliminate.

The data moat is real. The only reason this product is possible is because we own proprietary 3D design data that no competitor can replicate. We’re not building a feature, we’re building a category.

• 6+ years in SaaS product roles, with at least one full launch cycle from near-complete build to revenue traction
• Vertical SaaS background
• Strong customer interview and discovery skills
• Comfortable working in close collaboration with a founder/CEO without needing heavy organizational structure
• High execution speed with sound judgment under ambiguity
• You actively use AI tools in your workflow and look for ways to apply them to product problems, not just personal productivity

• Experience in cost estimation, proposals, contracts, or adjacent workflow SaaS
• Experience replacing manual processes with automated tools
• Successfully launched a SaaS product into an established customer base and driven early revenue traction
