About the Role- Meet with customers to determine business and technical needs.
- Recommend optimal system configuration and business processes based on industry best practices.
- Prepare and present implementation plans for customer approval.
- Manage and execute implementation plans, directing staff resources, evaluating results, creating documentation, and managing overall engagement.
- Train client personnel on the use of software solutions and business practices.
- Build and maintain client relationships supporting their use and application of Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting products.
- Keep product and industry knowledge up to date.
- Manage logistics and administrative tasks for all engagements.
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting, consulting, or accounting software.
- CPA, preferred.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Project management experience with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‑sufficient and able to work well in team settings.
- Experience with Agile, a plus.
- Problem‑solving and situational analysis.
- Time management and organization.
- Technical acumen.
- Comfortable with up to 25% travel, including overnights required.
- Audit knowledge preferred.

Base compensation range varies by location: $85,500 USD – $158,700 USD in selected U.S. office locations (New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC). For other U.S. locations, the range is $74,200 USD – $137,800 USD. This role may also be eligible for an annual bonus based on enterprise and individual performance.
