Implementation Consultant; Audit Suite

• Meet with customers to determine business and technical needs.
• Recommend optimal system configuration and business processes based on industry best practices.
• Prepare and present implementation plans for customer approval.
• Manage and execute implementation plans, directing staff resources, evaluating results, creating documentation, and managing overall engagement.
• Train client personnel on the use of software solutions and business practices.
• Build and maintain client relationships supporting their use and application of Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting products.
• Keep product and industry knowledge up to date.
• Manage logistics and administrative tasks for all engagements.

• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting, consulting, or accounting software.
• CPA, preferred.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Project management experience with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑sufficient and able to work well in team settings.
• Experience with Agile, a plus.
• Problem‑solving and situational analysis.
• Time management and organization.
• Technical acumen.
• Comfortable with up to 25% travel, including overnights required.
• Audit knowledge preferred.

Base compensation range varies by location: $85,500 USD – $158,700 USD in selected U.S. office locations (New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC). For other U.S. locations, the range is $74,200 USD – $137,800 USD. This role may also be eligible for an annual bonus based on enterprise and individual performance.
