DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Execute across all operational activities of the IT department

* Support the strategic direction and the design of all technology, infrastructure, software, and communications and networking systems, including the implementation and integration of external and internal business processing systems and applications

* Administer Microsoft systems, including but not limited to, cloud-based systems, Active Directory, Office
365, Azure, and Mobile MDM

* Provide help desk support including ticket management

* Primary resource for desktop and application software support

* Lead Technicians for daily systems checklists

* Administrator and maintain systems imaging

* On call support

* Managing new hire and departure process

* Manage all Inventory tracking (desktop related)

* Support for audio/video conferencing

* Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

* High School Diploma required;
Bachelor's Degree in an Information Technology field preferred

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Help Desk/Customer Service role required

* Networking certifications such as A+, MCP, Network+ preferred

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Outstanding problem-solving and time management skills

* Self-motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented

* Adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

* Can work independently and within a team; solution-oriented with a collaborative approach
