Service Engineers ensure caregivers have a fast, reliable, frustration‑free digital experience by owning and operating our endpoint management platforms, including Microsoft Configuration Manager/SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Jamf.

In this role you partner with endpoint engineering, service desk, application delivery, cybersecurity, and field support teams to design, scale, and operate services that manage Windows and macOS devices across the organization. You own the full‑service lifecycle—from platform health, infrastructure reliability, policy and configuration management, operating system deployment, Autopilot, Jamf workflows, compliance reporting, to automation—while advancing the organization toward secure, modern, and consistent endpoint operations.

When issues arise, you are the calm technical leader who uses platform data, logs, and operational telemetry to quickly identify root cause, restore service, and ensure durable automation, improved monitoring, and clear standards. As a senior engineer you set technical direction, mentor other engineers, and shape the endpoint management roadmap, defining what "good" looks like for scalable device management, secure configuration, deployment reliability, and service performance.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years related experience in systems administration (more preferred)
• Experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes
• Experience with n‑tier solutions
• Experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and the ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually)
• Experience influencing software engineering team members in translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture to meet Quality of Service Expectations
• Experience leading and representing the Service in backlog discussions and standups

• Experience in a Healthcare environment
• 5 or more years of Information Technology experience
• 3 or more years of experience administering Windows and MacOS management platforms (Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager/SCCM, Jamf)
• Strong experience with source code version control using Git/Git Hub
• Strong Power Shell scripting skills for automation and systems management
