Job DescriptionThe Premier One Records Application Specialist plays a pivotal role in comprehending and addressing customers’ business requirements for MSI applications. The role includes meticulous documentation of business process requirements, proficient implementation of system provisioning, adept configuration of workflows and UI, training on the MSI Premier One Records Management System, rigorous testing and troubleshooting of installed systems, documentation of technical issues for prompt escalation to product and system integration teams, and providing valuable feedback for product and process improvements based on client experiences.
Responsibilities- Comprehend and address customers’ business requirements for MSI applications.
- Document business process requirements.
- Implement system provisioning.
- Configure workflows and UI.
- Provide comprehensive training on the MSI Premier One Records Management System.
- Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting of installed systems.
- Document technical issues and promptly mitigate them to product and system integration teams.
- Offer feedback for product and process improvements based on client experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal skills to respond to RFPs and/or assist in the migration quotes for current customers.
- Ability to work on large/complex projects independently.
- Create & deliver customized training (both remote and onsite).
- Execute, create, review, and modify FVTs.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Subject‑matter expert on Premier One or Flex; CAD, RMS or SSRS products.
- Subject‑matter expert on client installation of MSI products.
- Subject‑matter expert on UCR (NIBRS or SRS).
- Produce and deliver Business Process Review.
- Identify and mitigate risks, communicating them to management.
- Create formal documentation for peers.
- Train and mentor new employees.
- Primary point of contact for application‑related issues.
- Work with Product Management to communicate enhancement requests.
- Provide all required customer training without assistance.
- Work effectively in a fast‑paced demanding environment that requires handling a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contract.
- Work comfortably in a team environment and understand contractual obligations as well as personal responsibilities.
- Higher‑level education (Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree) preferred.
- Willing to travel up to 75% of the time; project assignments may be located anywhere within North America.
- Weekend travel may be required.
- This is a hybrid position; candidates located in the Central or North Eastern Region are preferred.
- High School diploma, or Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years experience in Business Analysis, Field Service or Public Safety using one or more of the following:
Computer‑Aided Dispatch (CAD), Record Management Systems (RMS), Jail Management Systems (JMS), or Law Enforcement Records Management Systems (LRMS). - Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers.
50–75% travel.

Target Base Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000 USD. Pay within this range varies and depends on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
