Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Finance Integrations & Automation Analyst to support the Finance Department’s technology ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in analyzing, supporting, and optimizing accounting systems, ensuring smooth integrations, and driving automation initiatives that improve efficiency and data accuracy.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Finance Integrations & Automation Analyst to support the Finance Department’s technology ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in analyzing, supporting, and optimizing accounting systems, ensuring smooth integrations, and driving automation initiatives that improve efficiency and data accuracy.
You will serve as a key liaison between Accounting and Technology teams, helping maintain system performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Systems Support & Operations- Serve as Tier 2 support for finance-related applications, troubleshooting and resolving system issues
- Manage user access (activations/deactivations) and respond to internal and external system inquiries
- Lead incident management for third-party applications, coordinating with IT/IS teams as needed
- Create, track, and resolve support tickets
- Identify, implement, and support automation tools, AI solutions, and system integrations
- Analyze accounting processes to uncover opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Support system upgrades, including testing, implementation, and communication
- Ensure data integrity across financial systems and maintain system uptime
- Support compliance with IT controls and governance standards
- Develop and maintain documentation, including:
- Policies and procedures
- Training materials
- User guides
- Act as a liaison between accounting users and technology teams
- Gather user feedback and track system performance metrics
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights
Location: Phoenix, AZ or Fairfield, IA – Hybrid in-office 3x/week
Salary Range: $75,000 - 80,000/year
