JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Network Architect / Senior Network Engineer to design and implement advanced cloud networking solutions within our AWS environment. This role will focus on building secure ingress pathways, DMZ architecture, and private connectivity to support third-party client integrations and modernization efforts for clearing and settlement systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS VPC and DMZ buildouts, strong Terraform expertise, and a proven track record in implementing secure, scalable network architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ingress architecture into AWS using VPC endpoints to securely publish services for third-party clients.
• Lead AWS DMZ buildout, including secure customer ingestion and traffic segmentation.
• Architect and deploy VPCs, firewall endpoints, and Private Link connectivity for secure, scalable access.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and modernization teams to align networking solutions with broader cloud transformation goals.
• Develop and maintain reusable Terraform modules for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments.
• Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives to validate networking designs and configurations.
• Ensure compliance with AWS architecture standards and security best practices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to confirm remote work arrangements and project alignment.

• 6–8 years of AWS Senior Network Engineer experience, including hands-on AWS VPC and DMZ buildouts.
• Strong experience designing and implementing secure ingress into AWS environments using VPC endpoints for third-party client connectivity.
• 3+ years of Terraform experience with the ability to write reusable modules from scratch.
• Proven experience architecting and deploying AWS networking components including Private Link, firewall endpoints, and segmentation strategies.
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles and AWS networking best practices.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
